PRIVACY
Keep the input simple.
The current customisers are designed to work without accounts, profiles or saved projects.
Customiser inputs
D4Maker customisers do not use accounts, saved projects or a customer database. Values you enter are sent to the private generator only to build the download you request.
For the Pet Tag Customiser, the pet name and 10-digit phone number are required design inputs. The D4Maker application does not save, index, display, profile or add those values to analytics or application logs. They are not surfaced in an admin review screen. A private recovery copy of your finished download is held briefly as described below.
Only enter a phone number in a field that explicitly asks for it, such as the Pet Tag Customiser. Do not enter passwords, payment information or unrelated sensitive information into any design field.
Generated files and deletion
Generation uses an isolated temporary server-side working directory. The requested geometry is created there, packaged into the download response, and the temporary working directory is automatically removed when generation completes. D4Maker does not keep a permanent archive of personalised output.
The finished ZIP stays in private server memory for up to 15 minutes after completion, so the same browser can retry a lost download without using another allowance. It is then deleted. A service restart can remove it sooner.
After expiry, the D4Maker application retains no pet name, phone number or personalised file for later retrieval.
Shared guest build allowance
Custom Lab allows two successful builds per rolling 24 hours across all generators. A necessary signed browser cookie identifies the guest allowance for up to 30 days. It is not an advertising cookie. Clearing it or changing browser can create a new guest identity; separate network and workshop-wide safeguards still apply.
The allowance record holds a keyed guest identifier, a keyed network identifier, a protected request fingerprint, build state and timing. It does not store your raw IP address, pet name, phone number or design inputs. Records expire after 48 hours; the network key changes weekly. Hosting platforms may separately retain network information under their own policies.
Only a completed, checked download counts. Failed builds return the reserved slot, while a separate shared work budget protects the generator even when builds fail. Retrying the same available download does not count twice. Once its 15-minute recovery window has expired, generating it again is a new build.
Hosting logs
The hosting platforms may keep ordinary infrastructure and security metadata such as timestamps, network addresses, request paths, response status and error information under their own platform policies. D4Maker does not intentionally include customiser field values in its application log messages. The site does not require an account or advertising profile.
Traffic and performance analytics
D4Maker may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic, referrers and real-user performance. It is used for site improvement rather than advertising profiles. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors’ personal data and does not track individual users across customer sites.
The separate first-party event counters proposed for Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine are currently disabled. Those customiser and download events are not currently recorded by that system.
External links and embedded music
Links to services such as Suno and 3D model platforms take you to those services, where their own privacy terms apply. Embedded Suno players on this site are loaded only when you choose “Play here”. At that point, your browser connects to Suno and Suno may receive ordinary connection details under its own privacy policy. You can use “Listen on Suno” instead.
